Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process via our sign up forms for our monthly e-newsletters and general updates, we collect personal information, sometimes including social media handles so we can share the Lovehair Tribe love.
We use that information for many reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about – new courses, product reviews, events; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, Campaign Monitor, to deliver our newsletter and general emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see Campaign Monitors privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to our mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.
When you sign up to a course with Lovehair we store your information within third party software called Acuity Scheduling. By signing up to a course you are consenting to follow up emails regarding your booking. Payments are collected via well know payment gateways Stripe and Paypal – please refer to their respective policy notes via these links – Paypal Privacy Policy – Stripe Privacy Policy
